Contracts And Documents You'll Need To Buy A Home
In Laclede County Mo.

Although you may not be aware of it, you will need to have the appropriate documents for the completion of the purchase of a property. Choosing the correct documents can be very confusing and the laws differ from state to state. This is where your REALTOR comes in.

Once you have the correct forms in hand, filling them out can be quite a challenge! They may contain legal dialog that you don't understand and they do hold legal consequences. Again, your REALTOR will help you with this to make sure all the I's are dotted and T's are crossed. This is extremely important. Just one word in the document can change the whole meaning of what you're trying to say.

One such document is the "Contract For Sale". This is the single most important document to complete any real estate transaction. This one should be completed as carefully as possible. It is a binding offer and sets the terms, price, and time period that the transaction will be completed in.

Other forms you will need include the Property Disclosure, Lead Based Paint Disclosure, Lead Based Paint Disclosure Pamphlet, Amendments, Contingency Documents, Occupancy Agreements, etc.

Feel free to give me a call or send me an email for more information about these and other documents you may need to sell your home. I would be happy to help you in any way I can.
